Great and speedy customer service.
I used Home Ties for the 1st time last year, where there was no shipping method available to Cape Town. They had items in stock that I really want and just couldn't find at any of the groceries shops in Cape Town. After messaging them on Whatsapp, they enabled a shipping method on the same day still. While it is not the cheapest shipping method, its next day delivery if not over a weekend. Used them again recently and can confirm, they fast. Definitely recommend.
