Dont receive anything anymore and just do more surveys

I really like doing the surveys but for the last year you do more surveys and never receive anything. in the past when confirming your delivery address and email address you would have received something. I have sent an email to Home testers asking why I dont receive anything anymore and they dont give any feedback. I do understand there is more people but they have to give everyone a chance and we all like receiving something from them.
