The shop keeper refused to exchange a faulty rechargeable light that I had purchased a few weeks earlier. He has an attitude and treated me with suspicion because I did not have the slip (for a R 99 item). I did not want my money back, only an exchange for a better product (which I was prepared to of course pay the difference for). The shop keeper made me search for the SMS I would have received at time of the purchase in front of other customers. The product could only have only been bought from his store. This man was unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with, I will never shop there again.
