I purchased an inverter from them in January 2024, they offered a 10yr warranty, late December 2025 the inverter had an error message on it, I contacted them in January 2026 to come check out the problem, to date all I am getting is promises of them sending someone, my problem is still not sorted out, they do not care about their clients. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
