Home Shield is a Bust

We have a contract with Home Shield. They are an insurance type company where you pay them premiums to come fix anything in your home when it's broken including utilities. We have a wall air conditioning/ heating unit that they are refusing to fix. We have repeatedly told them we need an HVAC person to fix the unit but they refuse to send the proper people to come fix outr unit. They keep giving us contractors who do not deal with this unit. The managers refuse to give you their phone numbers and they make it very difficult to fix your household items. They are in breach of contract and they just take your premiums and refuse to fix anything. They are a horrible company to deal with and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they are awful. They know how to take your money like any other insurance co.pany but they don't pay out and fix anything when need be. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are awful.
