Excellent company to fix a problematic automatic garage door!

It is such a pleasure not to complain about a company but instead to be able to give a positive review!

I have an automatic garage door which did not want to open. The garage is such that there is only one entrance - the door itself (no back entrance or window). I am mechanically inclined so I tried everything to open the door but could not get it to open (not without breaking one of the panels to get inside!).

Francois Smit from Home Security Solution asked R600 for call-out AND labour. Parts are extra IF needed. That is very very reasonable! He arrived on time as per our appointment and within 10 minutes he figured out what was wrong. He got the door to open and fixed the problem with the manual locking mechanism on the inside. He also made further adjustments to ensure smooth operation of the door for the future.

I can HIGHLY recommend this company and Francois in particular. If you live in the Pretoria and surrounds don't waste your time on anybody else!
