****MERS!!! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!!

They are advertising on Facebook for an apartment in the Vineyard complex, Burgundy Estate, Cape Town. It seems legit but it is a total ****. I contacted the complex and the unit is not the same as what they told me. The unit still has an active tenant in it until next year. These people were going to give me the keys and contract today if I paid. Please don't fall for this. Their email structures are all messy and so are their documents. Anything from FB needs to be double checked.
