Job not completed

Dave Jackson from Home Provement did some renovations at my house about 2 months ago. They redone our kitchen and main bathroom. He made awesome promises, but never kept them. I requested a quote and accepted without asking for discount. Dave the owner never updated us on the progress of the project nor did he meet with us and ask if we are satisfied. He was almost never on site to inspect the progress. I only had the opportunity to discuss the work over the phone and it was difficult to explain my concerns. Here is a list of complaint - Cupboard doors in Kitchen - Drawers in kitchen not closing correctly - Messed cement in Study - never cleaned - Messed cement on ceilings - never cleaned - Fit toilet incorrectly in bathroom\ - Tiles not 100% in bathroom - No water pressure at new basin in Bathroom - Never painted outside where new openings was closed with cement - Did not get electrical certificate - Did not get Gas certificate - Paint in dining room not matching - Work not completed in Kitchen And the list goes on.
