Bad customer service @home online

Order no:p*** Ayesha johaar my last contact which promised to track my order from last week but hasn't come back to me and advise on the status of my order and over 3 months I have been querying this order. My napkin ring I received 6 and shot of 6. Very disappointed about how they treated me as a customer. How can I queried for 3 months and still don't get help.

I will not leave this, until I get it.
