bad & costly service

<p>On the 13.1.17 I took 3 laptops to Home PC to install bitdefender & Office 365 on all three Laptops</p> <p>I also asked them to look at the power DVD 10 software as the drive did not read the DVD.The same was for my wife's laptop</p> <p>We collected the laptops on the 17.01.17 & paid R1200 for the installations but on my PC no bitdefender were installed</p> <p>On my laptop 7 apps from the windows platform were deleted, all my favourites as well as my study material</p> <p>Also removed was some of my software such as my printer</p> <p>My wife's bitfender, although installed indicated it was overdue & she had to purchase 2017 package. Really, this is a 2017 package given to the technician</p> <p>I phoned the technician who told me to fix the problem myself by logging into the internet</p> <p>I lost my cool took the laptops back on the 18.1.17</p> <p>I collected it on the 19.1.17 but still a disaster</p> <p>I will no longer make use of this *********** company and have already advertised to various people of my experience</p> <p>This is not the first time. a year ago I took my laptop to Home PC which cost me R720 but my computer was so damaged I had to take it to another for repairs which cost me another R780</p>
