HOME MART - NORTON HEIGHTS - ALBERMALE
I have been renting from 2011 at Norton Heights in Albermale, Jacoba Road.
Home Mart took over the rental agreements from Mauwer and Delport and the deposit was carried over. I arranged to move out on the 26 April 2018.
It is now the 21st of April 2018 and Home Mart still didnt paid back my deposit. According to the Rental Act, rental agencies are supposed to pay back within 14 days when moving out.
I have been followed up with Joekie van der Schyff on the following dates:
19/06/2018 14/06/2018 12/06/2018 30/05/2018 24/05/2018
Really frustrating to keep on following up with Home Mart. My next step is the onbudsman.

22 Jun 2018, 17:4821st of April 2018 must be 21st of June 2018. Two months and not coming to light with the invoice or the payment of the deposit. Even after I email them the Hellopeter complaint, they do not nothing. Poor service.
