Fix Handyman fix absolutely nothing!

We strongly do not recommend Shaibu or his business, Fix Handyman Home Maintenance. We paid him in full over a year ago for a roofing repair. To this day, the job remains incomplete. Despite numerous follow-ups, we’ve only received broken promises and been sent from pillar to post.

Worse still, the unfinished roof work has caused significant damage, leaving parts of our home unliveable. Shaibu initially agreed to refund us R4,000 of the over R30 000 that we paid — to date, we have only received R1,000. Since then, he has blocked both my husband and me on all platforms and deleted our reviews from his business page.

He continues to avoid accountability, often citing that “his wife won’t be happy” if we speak up or "remove your posts otherwise we are not paying you. This is not how a professional business should operate.
