Please advise if this is the service that the bank is giving to their loyal clients if a client has to follow up on their query with no response and a care from the bank. The above property was registered on 9 December 2021. The bank hasn't paid my proceeds. They went and appointed a certain attorney in the name of LGR attorneys and these people operate like the government. I have emailed to Themba and also tried to call him. The man doesn't care about client service. In future rather allow customers to appoint their own attorneys.
