Unreliable furniture shop

I saw a dinning room suite which I liked at Home Italia t/a Sennex,Gezina,Pretoria.I made a first deposit of R27 000.00 on the 11th February2022,another payment of R5 000.00 on the 23rd March 2022,and on the 16th July 2022 I went to make a final payment of R19 500.00.Our agreement was that the purchasing has a10 months payment period of which I paid in at least 5 months. On the 16th when made the payment I made arrangements with the that on the 18th July I will come collect the dinning room suite which I did . I found it already packed. My worst nightmare was when I got home and realized that the packed dinning room suite is in an unbearable state. The chairs were dirty, table had scratches as if they have been used previously. I immediately phoned them and told them that I am bringing the whole package back which they agreed to with any hassles as though they knew the state in which the dinning room suite was in. Monday 18 July I took the dinning room suite back and they promised to repay me that very same day, the could not dispute anything because they saw how dirty and scratchy the staff was. The refund was not made on the 18th,I phoned them the next day and they told me it will take 4 working days, after 4 days still with no refund I phoned them and now the told me it will be after 7 working days. I am so annoyed and don't even know what to expect after the 7 days period.I have been dealing with Mmabatho,Johannes Shabangu and Nomsa Skhosana at the Gezina branch. I also had a tip off from one of their staff members that apparently the lady at their warehouse in Johannesburg rents these items to weddings on weekends that's the reason their furnitures are dirty.I am planning to take the matter with the Ombudsman though.
