Treat People like Trash

I'm so tired of calling this shop i took a headboard set at Maponya Mall before they moved to South Gate now then after two months my headboard broke and i called them because know i still have a guarantee so that they can fix it for me.

They told me they are going to send one of their drivers who delivered the headboard to come take it and bring another one i think if i still remember the driver was John he also called me and asked abut the address i told him then he hanged up.

Then this year in January i called again and told them no one has arrived to take this and bring a new one they told me they gonna do a follow up but still till today i never saw anyone coming to me, and what makes me me more mad i settled their full installment as paid them off now they taking advantage of that i think im gonna take this matter more further i don't want anything to do with them i need to talk to their manager.

They treat people who are loyal to them like trash i don't want anything for me to buy at the shop because they are useless and don't care about their customers also i wouldn't advise people to buy from them because their stuff are not quality it only lasts for three months or less.

I also stopped calling them because every time they give me false information i want my money back.
