Second review Disappointed

Hi please note that after the first review I wrote here Nelly whom I believe is the store manager contacted me from the furniture store on the *22nd of October*, she told told me that she spoke with her boss and she is tried speaking to him and that they would send people to come collect the table on Friday (23 October) but they never came to collect it or send any feedback whatsoever.

Home Italia hasn't treated me right as a customer and again I am extremely furious about this whole situation, they are taking people for granted and don't value their clients.
