Second hand furniture

I purchased president TV stand and Leo coffee table from HomeItalia Carnival mall. On 5 October were delivered. Day after, I called the manager, I was very disappointed with the condition of the stand. Some parts are broken, there is gap between the doors. The top glass of the coffee does not fits nicely. He promised to exchange the furniture, everyday it's new story. I'm really tired of calling him, I need my furniture or can I get my money please.
