Rude and *********** staff

My mom lay byed a tv stand and paid R2000 on the 23rd of october 2023, she then went to pay off the balance in December 2023 with the intention of collecting. The tv stand was not in a good state and requested that they fix or produce another one of acceptable standard. Elsa the area manager as well as Neliswa Mashalaba the store manager have since been avoiding my calls and giving me the run around. I visited their store yesterday again to request for a refund, proof of payment was sent to me however the money has not reflected in my account till now. My calls to follow up have been received with such attitude from the store manager Nelisiwe.
