Refusal to refund
They refuse to pay my R30 000 back for their furniture, which they attempted to make me keep with obvious damages! Pay back my money.

26 May 2023, 21:08Which process, the one of calling customers and telling them they will not get their money back. You are so rude, it’s deplorable. If I had an employee like the one who called me with a 073 number and yelled from the head office, I would terminate them on the spot.
I will keep reviewing and go to the ombudsman if I need.
