Refusal to refund
This is my second review, I am yet to get my refund from this store. I am still waiting for my R30 000 + R500 from them. Elsa called me from some head office to abuse me and threaten me on how I will never get my money and Nelly messaged to say I will get my money. I am still waiting.
It’s about a month now and I cannot get my money from them. This is after they tried convincing me to keep damaged furniture.
Their customer service is deplorable and I regret trying to purchase from them. I want my money back.
