Refund since 04 June 2023

Worst worst worst shop to buy anything from. I bought a dining table from this shop and it never got delivered since October 2022. I am battling with a sickness and need surgery urgent as I had to move my surgery twice 13th June and 22 June respectively due to no refund payment till now. Since the 4th June today is the 30th June and the refund is still not done.

Elsa just told me to be patient, imagine a whole month to be refunded and be told to be patient. Patient for what when my life is worth R14000 price tag that Home italia refuses blatantly to refund.

Clearly this shop knows nothing about customer service and will continue to lie 🤥. I have been coming to this shop since Monday the 26th June and I always get told refund is processed. 30th June dololo refund. Elsa refund my money, I want it my surgery depends on it.
