Refund Nightmare- Menlyn or Gezina

I have bought couches on the 21 June 2022 for R25000 cash, they were delivered after 2 weeks after a hassle with them. There were in a bad state I called the shop and requested my refund. On the 21 July they came and fetch the couches and promised to refund me the following day. Today the 28 July 2022 I called the lady by the name of Ida apparently she's doing the refunds, I was promised my refund later today still nothing on my account. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHEN I'M I GOING TO GET MY MONEY. I HAVE RETURNED YOUR TERRABLE COUCHES CAN I HAVE MY HARD EARNED CASH!!! I'M TAKING THIS ISSUE TO OMBUSMAN and I'll make all the noise until I get my money. I have all the photos for those bad couches l. 😡😡😡
