Poor service and bad products

Good Day,

I am writing this complaint with sadness of the bad products and also bad service i got from Home Italia westgate. I purchased a dinning room suite, Lounge suite room suite, Table and TV stand suite May 2019 which amounted to R116 650 with the believe that the products are strong and they will last long. I called the store several times complaining about the matter before lockdown, the Lady whom i believe is the manager explained that she will escalate the matter to her superior's and revert back. I called the store 3weeks later asking about feedback and the same manager told me that the Supplier will send someone to come at my House and access the damage. The Area Manager and another guy who is a sales man at the store came to my house to check the products and they both saw the damage on products and they confirmed its manufacture default, the Area manager took pictures as well and they even wrote a report,they mentioned that they will send the driver to collect. The driver did come after few months to collect dinning room chairs, TV stand and coffee table and they promised to come collect the rest that was left which they didn't. I then went to the store to find out what was happening because i did make myself clear that i did not want those products anymore, its either they give me refund or i choose other products. I then went there with my son 2 weeks back to choose other products i rather take. To my surprise the person that owns the store does not want to give me new products anymore, they said that i will get the same products which they had now fixed/repaired the damage. My house lacks some of the furniture now because of you and i wont afford to spent my festive season without having a complete house.

To Home Italia owners i am not happy with how you have handled this matter and i would like to receive feedback from you by the end of this week, also know that i am no longer interested on the products i purchased rather refund me if you don't want me to choose other things. Note that i spent R116 650 at your store, that's alot of money for you to treat me the way you do.
