My complain was never taken seriously

Hello I'm having a problem with this store I'm from mpumalanga ,I have bought a TV stand and a coffee table in December last year only find out that the coffee table was damaged. I reported back to them informing them that my table it's damaged they say they will come and exchange it but till to-date I've never received anything and they are no where to be found...so please help me
