I have complained about the bed i bought the last year January however we even went to lockdown without any respond to them after lockdown they were also not yet reported the bed to the supplier. After anstruggle they eventuall did report and the supplier called me and requested me to pay access which i did and they gave me a letter to take to homeitalia westgate for exchange. A year later i still don't have a bed. Today when i am calling they telling me that the manager went to the loo then after 30 minutes when i call they don't answer the phone. The manager and the admin clerk there are very ***********.
