Home Italia Menlyn Refund Nightmare

This has got to be the worst experience i have ever had!!!! I bought a couch from th Menlyn store for R17000.00 but did not take delivery of the couch yet. We then found out we are no longer moving so no longer needed the couch and asked for a refund on the 24th of June which they said would be in order and asked for my information. From that day on I have received promise after promise while nothing has come of it. I have to phone for feedback on where we are with it and the get told by the regional manager that it was signed off by her and then today get told that their system has been offline and they have started the refund process today. I will never buy from any Home Italia or any Joosubs brand ever again makes you wonder how they survived so long.
