HOME ITALIA Furniture Shop atrocious service!!

Absolute atrocious after sales service by this company. After getting their sale they don't care that they've delivered an unfinished product. 3 May 2018 my mom (Thandekile Mathe) bought a Safari Bedwall Suite (Alpha Bedwall Suite) that got delivered 10 May 2018. The suite was not in good condition at all and was obvious that they delivered the one that was displayed for demonstration and not a brand new product. Furthermore the headboard light wasn't working, the drawers were broken and don't close properly. Two gentlemen from their workshop came to her house to try fix the unit but failed and ended up taking the broken piece back with them which still to this day hasn't been brought back!!

This is poor service and bad customer care from HOME ITALIA Furniture Shop and I urge consumers not to set foot in their shop as they will also be sold display and demonstration products.
