Empty promise broken dressing table

Bought my bedroom suit at Home Italia Westgate cash in July 2022, the manager was friendly and nice and I bought other furniture because of her friendliness. In November 2022 the dresser started falling off and I reported to the sales lady whom promised to further report so it can be fixed. The whole week passed nothing happened went to the store spoke to the manager who promised that it will not be fixed but replaced, I was happy. I waited a week nothing happened, weekend again I went and the manager said they have problems with the van but definitely the week ahead it will be replaced. It's now December no word from the shop and no new dressing table. I'm tired of spending money to be given empty promises. Really loved the shop and service as I was starting to be a regular customer but now I change my mind as I see I'm being taken for a ride with empty promises. If this matter is not taken seriously I'll ensure that the law sort it out. The customer right commission will not give empty promises
