Home Italia from King William's Town is making a day ******* to me. I bought a table from them, it broke because of its poor quality whereas its pricey. They promised to come and replace the table about 8 months ago. They never came, I requested for a refund till date they have not paid me. Now I heard from the neighbour that they are there to repossess the furniture without refunding me about R35,000. I made this complaint before but never got assistance.

This is totally untrue we changed the glass top though the account was already in arrears and you keep on promising the shop that you will go and pay as you are waiting a payout from the department.
