Bad service

I bought a bed and couches 2 years ago. From last year I've been complaining about the bed I bought because it's no longer sleeperble, when I wake up I'm having body pains. And the bed says it's a medi-spine with a life time guarantee. I stopped paying because I had to buy another bed because they failed to replace mine, now they are threatening me with lawyers.
