The experience that I have had since 3 September 2026 is really bad. Poor foolowing up after the claim was lodged. A claim number and reference number means absolutely nothing. Have been a client for more than 17 years and this treatment is now what they repay me with. Meanwhile my geyser is still oerflowing like an open tap.
