REPUDIATION OF HAIL STORM DAMAGES BY ABSA INSURANCE COMPANY

I am battling to get the assessors written assessment done on my home regarding the the damages from the hail storm that happened on the 26th of February 2024. This is because they repudiated my claim, and when I request written reasons I am told it is emailed to me, yet it is not. I requested three times and I get the same answer however nothing come through. I asked them what is their turnaround time to receive a mail and I'm told to wait for five to 15 hours because the que is long, I have now run out of patience because it is 10bdays sice I keep waiting for 15 hours for the email to come through. I am now at logger heads with the assesser because their outcome depends on her report, and she also refers me to the insurance. TODATE IM STILL PLAYING THE WATE GAME. Meanwhile I experience further damages from the rain because I dont have the means to make repairs myself
