No response from Nedbank

We are with Nedbank Home Insurance for 22 years, only had three claims. Three weeks ago we claimed our garage door motor. They made an appointment to send the accessor, he pitched two days after the appointment. Up till now we still haven’t got any response from Nedbank! Very bad service!
