Nedbank Theft breakin claim

I logged a claim on the 18/10/2023 after the house was broken into via the roof and the geyser, pipes were ****** and roof and alarm system vandalised. Up until today there has been no resolve, I ended up getting assistance from a plumber and also repaired the roof myself after about3 weeks of hiring a security guard to watch over the house and no response from Nedbank. I have been calling non stop and there has been no response from Zanele Mvundla. I called yesterday and was promised feedback which I still have not received. We are going on 2 months now. The house is currently on sale and all ales have been halted due to this and possible purchasers are being told to wait.
