Bettersure home insurance don't live up to their promise!

Good day I bought a house last year September 2022.Got covered by Bettersure insurance for both home and home contents insurance. I recently lodge a complaint for the pool as it was loosing water and I couldn't see where or how.So I decided to stop filling it up with water. Closed it up and covered it with pool cover.My complaint was lodged on 6 October 2023 ***. They sent out the service provider which is pool centre from Port Elizabeth. He gave he's report and quote from the repairs on the pool Bettersure then sent out an internal accessor to come and evaluate the claim.Mind you the accessor that came out mentioned that "He doesn't specialise in pools but in homes and buildings "He then took pictures and left.Today he phones me and says that he(the same person that doesn't know about pools)finds my claim to be invalid as the pool has been re-sized and that it might be the cause of the leak.So tell me know how was I to know that the people a bought the house from would be so dishonest.??He then told me I should have called them to access first. Can you believe it.I feel why didn't they come access before taking my money for the insurance. Because when I tool out the insurance all was done via phone. I'm really sorry but would never recommend Bettersure insure again to anybody.
