ABSA NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN

Never ever take ABSA home owners insurance. Our property was nearly paid in full. I required a statement from ABSA and to our shock our installment was more we only owed R6900 on our property, they took funds out of the Lumpsum that we paid on the property. When I wanted to cancel the Home owners insurance the consultant informed me that I must first pay R9 000 before I can cancel the insurance. They took a years premium and expect me to pay it back. Why must we pay it back if the year has not expired yet? I'm sorry ABSA bank will never see us again 😔
