Bought two 3m by 6m tents from home in 1 but the side started to rip

<p>I bought 2 two 3m by 6m tents from them and when we wanted to use the one. the one side of the fabric started to rip on the side. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I back to tell the guy that the one side started to rip open his reply back was I dont do refunds. its not his problem. he sales 100 of them and never had any problems. </p> <p> </p> <p>I told he has a **** attitude. and he is coing to loose clients. Unfortitly he lost me a a customer and the comany i work for. </p>
