NOT HONORING GUARANTEE AND TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT

I visited this security shop during the lockdown because I wanted upgrade security at my house. I purchased 2 WI-FI cameras with the installer who has an account with this company know as HIG on Riefontein Road and has another branch in Bardene Boksburg. After installing two weeks later the unit, one is working and the other unit doesn't work, I took the unit in last week because it is faulty and Jaco advised they will have to test unit which will take two to three days. A week later and Jaco the salemans today sends me pictures of the seal is tampered and advised water damage after week ago he tested the unit my presence and never mention anything of water damage and there was visible signs of rusting already. Don't deal with ******* who don't honor the gurantee. Jaco tells me to take my case to the Ombudsman because i have nothing better to do with my time. After spending R30 000.00 in April and to be treated in this way, it is unacceptable. Jaco advised they cant give the owners cellphone. I am sure owner is a part of this as well. I lost it today because they treat you like a commom ********.

I visited their branch in Bardene as well today and they advised that the unit comes with a six month guarantee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SECURITY PRODUCTS COMPANY!!!
