Unhappy with the work they did

Me and my husband with our 14year old disable child are living with my husband's parents for 14 years so we decided we have to get our own place so we got hold of home improvement on Facebook and decided that we going to use them to renovate his dad's garage for a place to stay So we send all our details to home improvement to see if we going to qualify for a loan So we got qualified and gave them a plan what they need to do first it was up and down because we only qualify for R30000 so they can only give us a ceiling fit and supply,close couple toilet with a wash basin and a speed heat shower So the work they did its not completely done but they are nowhere to see or hear when i send them messages they don't reply the invoice didn't state what they going to include but when i got hold of them to ask what's going to happen now because I'm unhappy the reply was he don't have anything to say Me and my husband decided to go to the bank of which we got approved so when we got there they told us the lady who made us sign papers does not exist on the banks system and they don't know of any worker with the credentials we gave them So please help us we desperately asking for help It's our first time doing something like this
