DEPOSIT THEFT

<p>We rented premises at HOME IDEAS CENTRE . When our lease expired we requested a refund of our deposit . This was paid less some R600 .</p> <p> </p> <p>When we querried the R600 deduction we received an e mail ex[laning that the deduction was for nails that had to be removed and the patching and painting .</p> <p> </p> <p>We explained that we never used nails . We have photos of our dispalys and there were no nails . We were never told the unit had to be painted . The wall area was 18m2 .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
