No delivery of items bought online.

I placed an online order through Home Hyper City and got confirmation of the order, but no delivery for over 2 weeks. I contacted them 2 days ago to follow up and they promised delivery yesterday, but it again did not happen. I followed up again today and they are making more promises, but I have little faith. Home Hyper City doesn't have the service we expect from online stores these days and they should rather not sell online if they cannot deliver in my opinion.
