Home hyper city no customer service No recommendation

the online shopping and payment went smooth. That's it. I tried several times to make contact with them via email and phone. Finally my prayers were answered when they answered the phone and assured me they would call back. Nothing happened. After several attempts they answered and assured me the order was picked up by the courier. Again, No customer service no communication. I am beginning to wonder if this was *****. More emails and calls with no answer. This company would not get my vote on service.
