Bad customer service and out of stock

Home hyper city advertise products on google and on they're webpage, and when you buy and check out, they don't have the product, or the price was wrong. They don't communicate with you to tell you what is going on. I had to phone them every time to find out what was going on. 2 Weeks later I got a answer from them that the product price went up and they can't supply me with the product. I gave them the opportunity to give me a similar product as replacement, but they told me to send my banking details so that they can pay back my money. Don't waste your time to use they're online store or even shop there as you will get bad after service for sure.
