Bad Customer Service

I went to the store because of there wide selection of material. I was specifically looking for gold and navy blue material - a Manager assist me (old male) - said it is a vary dark navy and gold price R240 pm - I bought 3m when I got to the till I asked again is this navy and the cashier said no it is black and gold after a 1/2 an hour arqueing I paid and left the material there I will never buy there again (Note that I am callour blind and that is why I asked for assistance)
