Very Poor customer service

I had a very bad experience with this shop, I’ve paid for couches that was supposed to collect in February of which they failed to give me the couches. I tried calling several times requesting to collect them only to find that they were never there. Afterwards I requested to be refunded they promised to refund since July until to date I didn’t receive my refund. Please I need help because it seems as if they are not willing to give back my money
