Terrible customer service!!!!Delivery takes forever!!!!No solid info when you follow up

The worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Your company needs to be honest about delivery and stop misleading people. I was told delivery takes 7 to 14 working days but it's been over a month now and we still have not received our couch. Everytime we called the branch (Woodmead) we were told by Thabo that it would come in the following week. We even went there and they could not even get ahold of the guys at the Randburg warehouse to follow up. After minutes of failed attempts and the call being hung up, they finally got ahold of Bezel who gave us some story about them noticing that the couch had defects and so they had to send it back. He then promised it would definitely be delivered on Saturday last week but here we are, its Tuesday and still no couch!!!!!! This is a big inconvenience and the fact that we have to dig until we get answers is annoying. We called the call centre yesterday and were told that Bezel no longer works there (how convenient) and that Monica would call us today with feedback. And to no surprise, Monica did not call!! How many times do I need to call or go to the branch before I get solid answers!!!!!!!!
