Stay away from Home Go Furniture

On the 31st of October 2020 i went to Home Go Furniture and i purchased a coffee Table (Mahogany Fancy Coffee Table) for an amount of R5,389 and i was charged R400 extra for delivery and i requested that they deliver the the following weekend (07/11/2020), all good and i was the 4th customer to buy cash in this branch. Delivery date the truckers could not make it on time to deliver my coffee table, and i had to call the shop myself to get that information, i than asked the store Manager if the delivery could be done the following day and the response was that the delivery truck don't work on sundays. I than arranged with the Store Manager at Home Go Furniture in Woodmead for me to come and fetch the staff myself and they must refund my R400 delivery back to me, and we both agreed. Sunday i went and fetched my staff and when i got there only to find that my money was not arranged for me, and he asked for my banking details for him or his Finance DPt to transfer the funds. I have made so many calls to him, wattsup'd him following up on my refund, he will answer at times or just ignores my calls. whenever i get hold of him, he promises to get his Finance DPT to release my money. The last i spoke to him he told me he has been busy but he will follow up with his Finance and come back to me, guess what, he never comes back to me and the store has a very good furniture i was going to support them, now due to this, they can either come and collect this coffee table, refund all my money back, and i will never set my foot in the store. I just called him now twice again before drafting this email and he is not answering, and to me this smells like ******* or *****ing from a customer.
