Poor customer service @Homego furniture

I have been waiting for preorder item with Homego since beginning of this year. Finaly Friday 19 Dec, they send me a message they received the Madeira Table and chairs and I went to Home Go Randburg first thing on saterday 20th Dec. We negotiated Table Madera Dining and 8 Chairs and they gave me 10% saying it's a Christmas special and I can take it on Labye. We close the deal and paid the deposit. Today Monday 21 December they just send me an email saying they have canceled my Laybe cause I was not suppose to get 10%. Poor customer service and they can't honor a simple agreement. I don't want to cancel my Laybe and I want Home Go to Honor thier arrangement and not bullly me in refunding what was agreed upon.
