Paid in full amount plus delivery fees and I've been ****med. No delivery no answering of calls no communication

I bought a Lounge set plus a table and paid them in full plus delivery and they said they were going to deliver this afternoon however I've been blocked from their Facebook page and my calls nor WhatsApp messages are being responded to🤬🤬🤬 please help
