No Go Furniture

After numerous calls, wastage of airtime and my time at work - I would communicate with Home Go Furniture from the warehouse to the branch. I bought a sleeper couch, December 2020. The sleeper couch gave in within 4 months April 2021. I was asked to take a video showing the damage of the couch as they didn't trust what I had reported. I had to make communication with this company, the customer service is revolting, they are dishonest - they agreed on giving me a new couch, and had a gentleman arrive at my door indicating he is here to fix/take the one I had. After a week, of waiting for my couch they took. I called countless times, and their number went unavailable. I was assisted by a gentleman called Themba Samuel, he was the only sympathetic person at Home Go Furniture in Randburg. I will no longer be supporting such an establishment and I advise the rest of the reader the same.
